I hadn't flown Qatar for two years due to the pandemic - they converted my limited Qmiles to Avios and they said I had enough points for a first class flight to Doha. And that was a lot fewer points that you have. Certainly beats using BA avios for club europe to Malaga with worse leg room than on ryanair.
