As posted in another thread, Just went through T5. Marshalls directing people to enter terminal via furthest North and South entrances due to overcrowding. Queue 100+ deep waiting to get into First Wing with zero movement. Mercifully I'm HBO and already checked in so was able to skip queue and get through security quickly. FIDS all down in the First Lounge. Not optimistic at all for an on-time departure.

If T5 is where 80% + of BA's flights start from and return to, I would say that the effect of the issue is pretty global, regradless of what rubbish BA are feeding the press?

Although if you look at Flight Radar there is virtually nothing inbound from Europe currently for BA, so planes are being held up, unless a Wednesday afternoon in March has some massive gaps in the schedule in the afternoon
