Crew is hit and miss on EK unfortunately and when it comes to the food selection in Business and First, it's very repetative. EK is doing an amazing job in brand positioning but when it comes to the actual product it's not as wow as you would think. EK probably has the worst C Class seating out there of a premium Airline in it's 777's with a completely outdated 2-3-2 cabin of which in most cases the seats don't even go fully flat. When it comes to the food, it's always the same since years with a few cycles repeating every few months.
Be careful of critiquing the 777 J seat on here, you’ll be accused of not even experiencing it. And that angled seat you speak of is just your imagination. Apparently the plane flies upside down which negates the angle of the seat. And it isn’t a 2-3-2 configuration it is a 1-1-1 configuration because the person you sit next to is always happy to move for you which realistically means all seats have direct aisle access.
