Nexus is valid for 5 years, what if ppl want to travel after the mandatory getting lift, or it will be longer than 5 years or forever? That would be very interesting
In order to attend the interview you have to get to the interview site. If you are on the other side of the border you will need to meet the appropriate vaccine/test requirements to be able to get to the interview.
