It was as much a surprise to me as it is to you, therefore I asked him about 3-4 times, and he was positive it was in biz (didn't ask for the booking class tho). Forgot to clarify that it indeed starts from LHR (hence my comments about that beloved airport of mine). I also believe there are quite a few fare restrictions.

I wouldn't fly a non-skyteam airline from LON ever unless it was the only option or cheaper than competitors by at least 30%. The guy was adamant it was business class.
Incidentally do all three booking classes in business earn the same amount of miles?
