I have already made my displeasure known to the hotel. I sent a chat message indicating that at a bare minimum this should have been communicated at check in and here's the totally "unimpressive" response I received.

"Thank you for your feedback and I will share your communication with the team. Thanks again"

Do you see what's missing here????? They couldn't even apologize for failure to communicate #NOTIMPRESSED
