Indeed. I had the experience of flying them exactly once, when my scheduled 76T from PEK-NRT got swapped for one the morning of. (This was in 2011 when the number of "Interport" routes was dwindling and a lot of beyond-Narita flights were run as through tags for various US-NRT flights - IIRC the aircraft and flight number for NRT-PEK was a continuation of either SEA or PDX-NRT).

It was more or less the same as most other domestic-configured, ex-NW 757s at the time, though they did serve a hot breakfast back in Y.
