I tried messaging Delta about it, but they just told me to wait till the flight was complete before checking again.
The segment in question was one I upgraded to PS before ultimately using a GUC to go to D1. So it's been through two rounds of upgrades/reissues.
This wasn't KE metal but I've never seen the quoted reason before, so I thought I'd post in here.
I would call them. Don't waste your time with messaging them. It usually takes up to 10 days before it actually clears to your account. I sometimes worry but as long as you have the original receipt, you're fine and as long as you're not fighting for status you're fine too. It's just annoying.
Since I only have a limited amount of GUCs, if you don't change your ticket, the mileage will show up automatically. But the second you change your ticket, you have to wait.
