I need to pick this forum's brain on an unusual situation.

I had a PE ticket issued by Air France for TATL all on AF codes.

They cancelled my return flight a few days before departure, and rescheduled me on KL codes, which is earning significantly fewer miles.

How can I request ORC? Do I need to submit my ticket as it was purchased?
