Do they now charge a flat fee for "Taxes and fees"?

I am looking at a redemption where fees are now quoted as 1500 DKK. The same ticket as a revenue ticket has taxes and fees at 4 350DKK with YQ at 3 580 DKK. So the quoted 1500DKK is neither the full taxes&fees nor the fees excluging YQ.
