Ah PHV doesn't/didn't follow this rule. Back in February we asked concierge where the closest ATM was and they gave us their little postcard map to draw out the directions. I mean we didn't need an escort but an offer would have been nice if this is actually their rule!

Obviously it’s a nice plus when you get shown somewhere nearby as well.
