Orange peel. My favo(u)rite used to be Pierre Marcolini, when it was a single outpost country-style place on the Grand Sablon in Brussels. This is the best candy I have ever eaten in my life. This is before Pierre Marcolini became an international chain that feels like going into a museum where everyone is constipated.

Several years had passed between trips to Brussels (many years ago) and I went to find Pierre Marcolini, the little shop was gone, I couldn't find it ... until I saw it down the block and it had turned into a museum-type chocolate shop, not the rustic country place of years past. So disappointing. Prices skyrocketed and quality (or at least taste, if not quality) fell.
