WSDs used to credit back fairly quick. I've had some that were seemingly almost instant, or at least within a few days before.
I was told that now they have to be "queued" for manual processing, which given the volume of cancellations, has been taking longer than normal. I had a few that were 45+ days that I was hoping to use; thankfully they credited those for me on the phone with their Rewards department.
