Hi guys, need some help - i have a few hundred thousand miles expiring in may 2022 as I am not traveling during covid, so i went to lifemile website and purchase 1000 miles to extend the expiration date. Purchase went through and i can see the miles got added to my total, however the expiration date remains may 2022 instead of getting extended another year to 2023.

Does anyone know what's going on, all the websites including this one seem to indicate as long as you buy the minimum miles to add to your account, your miles expiration will be extended.
