Same here, with the exception that I don't call often and haven't had any really bad hold times. But as it has been mentioned earlier, you see long hold times everywhere these days with the pandemic. In my experience Amex Centurion has been among the best, with the qualifier that I don't call that often.

I remain hopefully that Amex and everyone else will recover from these labor shortages as we progress throughout the year.
