such as North TATL 757 fuel stops / diversion delays [2015]

The major issue is BGR isn't well set up for wide-body aircraft international travelers and their luggage to be clear to disembark. UA needs to have crews ready to continue flights and that seemed to go wrong with this recent incident -- helpfully UA will not cut it so close in the future.
