I had a flight booked in J, top fare. Asked for a refund on Dec 2nd, 2021 over the phone (wasn't able to do it online). Was told it would be about two weeks. Called mid-january for an update, Was told a week. Obviously still nothing.
Anyone can DM a direct email or phone number to anyone that could help?

For a canceled trip to IPC (top J fare too) I am waiting for 6 month now to be refunded getting regularly error messages that my IBAN is not valid (which is wrong). They are unable to refund on the credit card used

. No way to get the travel vouchers reactivated either

I may hand the whole matter to one of those companies taking 30 % of money receivded from airlines.
What a disgrace of an airline. On a recent flight GRU to SCL, totally worn out 787 and lousy service in C and domestic flights to PMC on first generation A320. At least operations look pretty safe.
Can not wait LH group is returning to Chile. Good old Swissair times.
