It's on a BA owned website, so yes, you can rely on it unless it's manifestly wrong. The wording is clear, so I think that it can't easily be argued to be manifestly wrong. So if you depart on a BAH trip on 29 September and return on 4 October, you are covered by BWC for BAH, allowing a rebooking for any price differential.
I would hope so, just seems odd to have the previous point written in such a way that returning after September 30th is not included [without, admittedly, explicitly excluding it either].
