I have been dealing with being unable to access my Marriott for the past few months on and off. I have been traveling and thought perhaps there was incompatibility with my new laptop and Marriott or the wifi etc. This 401 error is now happening on my work computer. I use Dashlane as a password saver could this be causing this? I have cleared my cache on several occasions but it appears now my problem is spreading and no having access to making reservations is problematic. I've been unable to access my reservations for a week+ now on either the app or desktop site, which makes it increasingly difficult to do business with a hotel company! I've reached out to them and received a reply suggesting it might be my device and asking for more info. I provided more details, but since I'm having trouble on multiple devices, I suspect it's my account and not my device. Will probably be recruiting Lurker assistance soon if emails are unsuccessful.
