I think it’s like when they part of PP at LAX and only open very limited hours for Am Ex card holders. During the times Virgin has flights going out I think they are only open for virgin flyers (and eligible Delta flyers on LHR flights() to take care of their own customers.

When Virgin was in the Delta terminal at LAX and part of priority pass you could only access it in the morning and the offerings were very limited.
