Looking at their operations, they have currently six hotels in Russia.
My guess is that this is not a huge portion of their international profits. In my view, they would be wise to suspend operations. Any hotels they own, they should just close.
If any are franchised (which I suspect they are), they should pull out of the franchise agreements. These hotels look like, in the scheme of things relatively forgettable properties, with the exception of the Park Hyatt Moscow. They should exit now, and can recover, rebuild, or recreate properties on the other end of this.
