A big thank you for those of you that provided instructions for the Panama conversation of the white CDC card to the EU digital QR. It worked perfectly! I obtained my booster shot on Sunday march 6th. Uploaded all information including my white CDC card that same day. I obtained my EU QR code this morning, Tuesday March 8th. Note: the on line application only allows the last two doses and does not offer a field to enter the 3rd. However, the EU certificate shows all three. It appears that the Panama agency took my white CDC card and entered all three doses themselves. We are good to go now! Thank you to all
