I was thinkning the same thing. Currently I don't have any waitlisted but I might try a booking just to see what it looks like.

I do have a trip with confirmed certs and there's nothing that indicates anything about certs other than the class of service field. It otherwise looks like my "regular" pnr with no certs applied.
