Cropped the QR code as the instructions tell you to do, saved it as .png and .jpeg. Opened the FAQ link and it has different instructions requesting:
  1. [For International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate] Full 1-page PDF file was uploaded
So I tried that and it didn't work either.

I wrote in to the safe travel office, but I don't have an established account yet because I can't get past this page.

I used Chrome as the site suggested.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, we are currently having trouble processing your QR code(s).

Name on the vaccination certificates have to match precisely or else you will get an issue. Smith, John-Brown cannot be entered as Smith John Brown
