Sorry if there's another thread on this somewhere.

I'm finding it impossible to upload the QR proof of vaccination in the application.

US resident. Went to my state and got the vaccine certificate with a QR code.

Cropped the QR code as the instructions tell you to do, saved it as .png and .jpeg. Opened the FAQ link and it has different instructions requesting:

1. [For International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate] Full 1-page PDF file was uploaded

So I tried that and it didn't work either.

I wrote in to the safe travel office, but I don't have an established account yet because I can't get past this page.

I used Chrome as the site suggested.

Any suggestions?
