If you are not cancelling / rebooking the ticket to Singapore to extend to Bali, you would be considered to be entering Singapore on the 2nd (and needing to meet the entry requirements), exiting on the 6th, entering again on the 9th (and being required to go through immigration / customs and so having to again meet Singapore's entry requirements) and then exiting on the 10th.
This includes meeting the testing 24hrs after entering both times and otherwise self-isolating until the result comes through.
You could be considered to be 'in transit' if you rebook your ticket as a single ticket to Bali with a stopover in Singapore on the outward journey. (No 'transit' on separate tickets per SQ's and Changi's websites,
as mentioned in the transit thread). Transit can be no more than 48hrs,
according to SQ.
