From the Mtn. Time Zone to Hawaii (3 hrs in the winter) always messes with me, I'm tired and ready for bed at 8-9pm Hawaiian time for at least 4-5 days. And then up at 5:30-6am. Coming back from Hawaii is not an issue. Quick adjustment. Ugn.
