Tried messaging with them, but they insisted the status is reflected internally at AF. Still nothing on airfrance.us or klm.com, though.
I suspect there's still an issue - on my last trip, our status didn't print on any boarding passes and the F/As passed us over until the very end of meal ordering - so I guess I'll try to address this at checkin. (Might be a challenge, though, as for this particular itinerary we will need to check in with Delta rather than AF...)
