Do you remember Kavkaz Restaurant at the intersection of Sunset Blvd, Horn Ave and Holloway Drive in West Hollywood, across Horn from Tower Records, in the space where Spago later opened at their original location? They made the best Chicken Kiev that I have ever eaten.
