United is selling all sorts of tickets which are all not really valid to fly under bubble rules. United argues that they can show/sell whatever combination, the obligation is on the pax to make sure s/he complies with the applicable rules etc at the time of departure. Right now no one is really enforcing the bubble, and airlines as a result are not super sensitive anymore.

chase travel seems to hv decent /better flights available but is not letting me book an open jaw ticket like PDX-Ccu and then return HYd-PDX as it’s expecting a 3rd leg which I don’t have.. even breaking above legs into 2 are not working ..:-(
