On what planet would one go into the cheapest diner in town, order that, and pay for it? I've had it. What in the world even is it? It's perfectly awful. It's like somebody hired somebody to construct the most god awful meal, and serve it. We're not asking for 5star dining, but come on, this is not acceptable.
