If you are talking about lounge chairs, there is a good number. The waves have shrunk the beach, so perhaps not enough room for everyone who wants to be a lounge chair down, but there is room for a good number.
There is staff at the beach...plenty, that support using the loungers. You will do fine.
They are cruiser style bicycles. Last time there in July last Summer they had about 8 of them. Seems they was always a few available. My wife and I used them back in 2017. Looks like they have newer ones now as the ones in 2017 were pretty beat up. But they worked. We rode them into Kihei to the beach and some shopping. They have baskets on them to carry stuff.
