Well, I am not only not able to select seats ( AA award booking ) through MH, I get this message :
- Please note that your email address is not available for this booking. Please click on Modify passenger details in order to update your email address before you may add/purchase any services (1498)
Furthermore , I can not do that either , because my child pops up as an adult with correct birth day and month without displaying the birth year. I can not fix that either , because the earliest year I could pick is 2010 and my child is born 2018.
Waiting on Twitter response 25 min now…
