Does anyone know what happens if one ends up overstaying in India on a 30-day eTourist visa due to flight delay/cancellation.

We are planning our trip to India and as per the current plan will be departing from India on the 30th day itself. However if the flight gets delayed or cancelled and we are not able to depart before the visa expiry, would that cause any issues? Will there be a fine or problems with applying for a visa or oci in future. Just to mention, this visa will be for a 6 year old child. Rest of us either have Indian passport or PIO card (not yet converted to OCI).
