I have a Worldwide Companion Pass, and 75 eUpgrade credits, and I'd ideally like to use these to book biz class for my wife and me from YVR to FRA in April to July 2022. My understanding is that in theory I should be able do a search with eUgrades turned on, book a Latitude Econ fare, and then use the eUpgrades to immediately book into biz class. If I turn on using just the Worldwide Companion Pass, then I see the appropriate search results (only flights on AC metal, only Econ fares); if I turn on just seeing eUpgrades then I see some flights where I could use eUpgrades. But if I have them both turned on, then I don't see any eUpgrade flights. Is it indeed possible to use both of these at once? Is there something I'm missing here?
