all these messages are dated... its virtually impossible to do this post pandemic from the US because the ticketing process errors out at Payment time...

You spend an hour trying to get to the payment part and then you have to start all over again, and you NEVER succeed...

Calling their phone means waiting for HOURS...

Still, they're the only Mileage plus partner and they can and do get away with it.
