Only their domestic lounges were permanently closed. Many years ago, before Covid. With their four international ones (Santiago, Miami, Bogota, Sao Paulo), I think only the BOG one is closed at the moment.
But my question for the OP was why they believe they can access a Latam lounge whilst flying Avianca??
It's a Priority Pass lounge, so I was able to use that lounge as a PP member, sorry for the delay
