Hyatt House generally does not give upgrades proactively it does take some prodding to receive even as a Globalist.
Hyatt House and Hyatt Place are both excluded from the upgrade benefit. So they may give upgrades if they choose, but it’s entirely property dependent and not something a Globalist is entitled to.
