I really don't understand what are they trying to be. Their prices are among highest on the market and the product sucks. Since Scandinavia-based airline can never be cheap, I would expect them to compete on quality but they chose to go the other way and I really don't understand how is that supposed to work.
Exactly, they are basically "stuck in the middle", not a great product to pay the premium for and not cheap enough to be a LCC. As a crew, I guess it's great to work for SK as there's not much to do especially for long haul flights compared to ME3 and SQ for example - especially in GO and Plus serve/sell drinks after take off, throw everyone a tray of food (a crew actually threw the tray on my table and he completed a round in a couple of minutes), collect it, serve coffee and tea 2 times, serve 2 rounds of snack and drink in Plus, upon landing, throw another tray of food out and collect and tea and coffee and that is
