Thank you. This is what I also understood but I did contact this ATQ services online services that I used in December and they keep telling me if I get a positive test on arrival then I have to be quarantined in a facility and pay for everything until I get a negative test.
So it is fairly confusing. I may be able to travel with a positive test and certificate of recovery but I sure as heck do not want to pay thousands of dollars and stay in a Thai quarantine facility for 14 days as I am not even planning to stay for 14 days in Thailand.
