Well, it is not the hotel running the lab which produces the result - it is their hospital partner. What I was told was that late arrivals generally takes longer because the labs do not operate over night, hence come morning there is a potential backlog to be cleared. So from that perspective, it sort of makes sense.

They do all have 24 hour testing capability and testing will be done before you will be let out of the car. They just do not have 24hr processing capabilities.
