Hi,

I am Delta Platinum Medallion and flying Premium Select on upcoming flight (DTW -> ICN). According to this webpage I can check 3 bags for free:

"A Medallion Member traveling in Delta Premium Select can check up to 3 free bags at 50 pounds per bag"

When I call/message with Delta they say that my "routing" doesn't qualify. Is there a way to escalate?

In addition, I am traveling with 2 companions. But they were booked separately as they are flying one way whereas I am round trip. How can I get them added as traveling companions to my reservation? Again, Delta Customer Rep refused to help me...
