I'm sad to say I forgot to take a picture of dinner. It was English style short ribs with daikon, carrot and potato in a great soy garlic ginger gravy served with rice and kimchi. Fantastic!
WF has them on sale. I want the Flanken for grilling. I am not going to chase them down..I will make something else tomorrow
