Does anyone know how the priority works for upgrading someone at the gate on a different PNR? I want to upgrade my Aunt, who is on the same flight as me. She is currently ticketed in PY. She has no status. I know that my SE status can't help her, but does her cabin class put her ahead of everyone in Y (regardless of status) at the gate? She would obviously be behind everyone with any status in PY.
