Ticket type, fare class and codeshare

I figured to make a new thread completely, as there were many other to put under.

So the problem i have is business class seats on AA, with AY#.

I have Business classic TLL-HEL-LAX and back LAX-MIA-HEL-TLL as the return date doesn't have a flight from LAX.
The LAX-MIA is obviously codeshare on AA. AY says there is no business class available on this flight. Which is bulls*it as its 77W with first, business, premium economy and economy.
I am seated in PE by AY, because (see picture below):

I asked CS to manually out me into business class, because i bought a business class ticket. Answer was no, you fare in I class, which is not available on this flight.
This again comes back to the ticket types of AY. Even if i book business flex for the same flights, fare is in I, because "you are always put into the cheapest bucket" as most of you here know. So even with business flex, that costs about 1500€ more than classic, you are still stuck with PE seat.
Funnily enough, CS offered me to to change my fare class to J/C/D for a measly 1500€...
Also some other dates, I class is available on the same flight, and same business classic ticket seats you in business class.

In my opinion i should have business class seat on the flight, since i bought a business class ticket. In my opinion even with business light, you should be there.
This just opens doors to even more "pay more, get less" schemes.

Should i try to contact maybe Kuluttajaneuvonta or something, since AY stand is firm on this, there is no business class available.
