Thank you so much for this. I did just reach out via twitter (private message) and they resolved it within hours! And generously. It's been six months since the points discrepancy and many emails and calls to Diamond Desk with no resolution.
For my recent stay at WA Los Cabos Pedregal, my points posted correctly within days, so no hassle there.
