I had Bonchon for the first time about two months ago. Really good (got the half & half sauce) and crispy, but not as crispy as I've heard it should be.
i have been a huge fan of bonchon for the past ~10 years, but they recently changed how they cook their chicken, and i'm extremely disappointed with the change. it seems much like chick-fil-a, which is not worth the price for the chicken.
it's a great pity, because bonchon knows how much sauce to put on the chicken to avoid making it slimy and stick to my teeth.
