I booked via MGM on a comp room, but paying resort fees of $40 per night asked Front Desk to associate my WOH number at check in and they flat out refused saying it’s one or the other but not both.
I've booked through mlife, my host, and through WOH in the last year without issues having both programs listed. Never had a problem with front desk at check in making sure both program numbers are associated with the stay; I also always make sure again at checkout that both are in there. Of course, I don't receive WOH night credit if my room nights charges are comped but I have received WOH and mlife points for any spend not comped. When I want WOH night credit and nightly rate is low, I book a nightly rate and have my host comp the resort fees and other charges.
