My experience has been the exact opposite for stays at two of those three properties (and others) in the last year; received credit through both programs.
What process do you use?
I booked via MGM on a comp room, but paying resort fees of $40 per night asked Front Desk to associate my WOH number at check in and they flat out refused saying it’s one or the other but not both.
