Not that I've been to CUN in years, but having just flown through MEX, you can anticipate that doc verification (vaccine, negative test, attestation form) will add additional time to whatever padded time you anticipate. A relatively short Aeromexico Premier / Elite line this week took approximately two hours from airport arrival to lounge arrival.
